15 years ago Nino Graziano, one of the best Sicilian chefs, left his successful two-star Il Mulinazzo restaurant in Sicily and moved to Moscow in order to lead the kitchen of the Semifreddo restaurant, and later La Bottega Siciliana and Bolognetta Osteria & Pizzeria. Now, Nino Graziano, with all the grounds, calls the Russian capital his home. The chef himself stands in the kitchen, preparing for the guests author's Italian dishes with an emphasis on fish and seafood.
During his career, Andrea Galli managed to work in six restaurants with Michelin stars. In his track record titled restaurants in Italy - Milan (Aimo & Nadia, Gualtiero Marchesi) and the Ligurian coast (restaurant chain Relais Chateau), in the Bahamas, Switzerland (Palais Sankt-Moritz), in Denmark, in the USA - New York ( Il Palio), San Francisco, Germany, Moscow (restaurants "Pepperoni", "Cherry Mio").
In 2004, he was awarded the prize "Best young Italian chef." In 2005, he represented Italy at the culinary competition "Golden Bocuse" in France, where he took 9th place among young chefs from 24 countries.
